"The goals of this product are admirable, yet it doesn't quite deliver."
Nice intentions, but a few details were pretty off - I gotta say. At times, you really gotta put in the work to steer clear of slacking. Like Tiger Woods said, it’s not about how skilled you are, since there’s always space to grow, and that’s what keeps life thrilling. Cheers, bookslovingboy210

"An Amazing Resource for Learning"
getAbstract is a fantastic hub for knowledge, boasting a huge selection of non-fiction titles. By diving into their summaries, I've picked up a ton of info and broadened my understanding on a bunch of topics. You can really see how effective their reviews are by how much I've remembered. Out of all the sites and YouTube channels that focus on book reviews and summaries, getAbstract really shines as the one that delivers the most thorough overviews. It’s like I’ve read the whole book just by checking out their summaries.

"The help desk is really lacking."
The help desk is quite disappointing, demonstrating a total lack of concern for customers and leaving them feeling utterly unvalued. I won't be buying anything from them again and will definitely spread the word about my experience to anyone I know who might use their services.

"Many of the summaries are just..."
Quite a few of the summaries given are just headlines. To really get the full feel of the book, you gotta read the whole thing.

"This app is just plain awful."
I grabbed the app and got 5 free abstracts, which was pretty cool. Then, I went ahead and bought a bundle of 3 abstracts for $13.99. Sadly, after using only one, it indicated that I had run out. I tried reaching out to the app support via the given channel, but no reply came my way even after a week. It's a bummer because the book collection looks good, but I ain't using the app again unless they sort this problem out.
